About Us: American Realty & Development, LLC is an aggressive real estate development company. Our office is located in Belle, MO 25 miles north of Rolla. Our company has focused on ground-up development in out state Missouri and adjoining states. Focusing on secondary markets outside of St. Louis and Kansas City, we have made great strides in bringing several retailers to smaller, more regional trading areas. We have partnered with several different cities, developers, real estate brokers, and national, regional and local retailers to create a positive economic impact on several communities throughout Missouri.

While we are a young company, we believe in being aggressive. In the past five years alone, we have developed from the ground-up over 250,000 square feet, redeveloped over 160,000square feet of retail and office space, leased for tenants and developers over 325,000 square feet, and participated in the sale or purchase of over 26 million dollars in investment property. In our opinion, this is an excellent track record.

Coming from a retail background, we understand retailers’ needs and wants. This retail experience added with doing business with integrity, honesty, and respect, has allowed us to maintain great relationships with various retailers and to create alliances between retailers, developers, and clients.
